i tend to think AI literacy is similar. you gain a lot of it through practice and just doing it a lot
maybe you can learn some of it in a book but ultimately you need to experience it

some people treat AI like it always lies
i feel like that’s similar to if you decided to always hike everywhere with a wide stance and centered weight
