Mirage 2 — Real-time Generative World Model

It's like Google's Genie 3 but you can play it right now, in your browser (the queue isn't as long as it looks)

It's fun, definitely some artifacts. I doubt it works on a phone.

(FYI this is a world from a photo +prompt I uploaded)

The image shows a 3D game-like environment.

On the left side of the screen, a character is visible from behind: a teenage girl carrying a bow and a quiver of arrows on her back, walking toward a misty forest. fwiw the wait time estimator is worse than the windows file dialog. If it says "30 min", it'll be more like 30 seconds

i'd also say it's not that good, but also this is the first time i've ever used anything like this so it's freaking incredible, i could do this for hours

i highly recommend using imagefx to come up with ideas and mirage to explore them

"Torment Nexus"

i highly recommend this one as a starting image. it's friday, you can afford one night of no sleep

The image depicts a terrifying apocalyptic scene. A gigantic shadowy demon dominates the sky, framed by a massive blood-red moon. The creature has a humanoid upper body with sharp claws, glowing red eyes, and a jagged mouth full of glowing red teeth. From its torso and back extend numerous writhing, tentacle-like appendages, giving it a monstrous, otherworldly form.

Below, the ground is littered with crumbling skyscrapers and ruins, dark silhouettes of destroyed buildings leaning and collapsing, suggesting a devastated city. In the foreground and middle ground, hordes of zombies or undead figures stagger toward the viewer with grotesque faces, reaching out with clawed hands. The sky is a fiery swirl of reds, oranges, and yellows, enhancing the hellish, infernal atmosphere.

The overall vibe is apocalyptic horror: a world-ending monster emerging over the ruins of civilization, with undead creatures swarming in the aftermath.
